We Have come to our limit  on  making new products.

We  have  17 types of pickles, 17 different veggies pickled, 2 kinds of mushrooms, 10 types of salsa, 5 different peppers that are pickled  a bloody mary mix and   bloody mary concentrate.

The gardens and the green houses  grown all of our products  , however not the mushrooms. We start all of our own seeds and  handle everything ourselves. We are very careful about   our food and  our gardens.

Gardens   do not use any chemicals and we try    to use only  mulch we save from year to year.
